Line Friis Frederiksen holds a MS in biology and has worked with science journalism since 2005. She was employed by the science edition of DR for eight years, where she did radio and television - both as an organizer and as a host of, among other things Viden Om og Danmark Kyst til Kyst.

She managed to write a book on Darwin, published by DR, before jumping into freelance life in 2013. Since then, Line has been hosting a science program on the Discovery Channel, teaching presentation techniques and science dissemination, producing podcasts, writing a few more books, conducting editorial jobs, regularly being hired as a host at DR, and seeing all kinds of other small and major communication assignments.

Line is a member of the Women's Adventure Club.
